Alexandra Riggio is the Director of Human Resources at Four3, where she has been a valued leader for more than 15 years. With a career built on fostering strong workplace cultures and supporting people in reaching their full potential, Alexandra brings both expertise and heart to everything she does.

Before joining Four3, she spent a decade as Human Resources Manager for Whole Foods Market’s Northeast Region, where she gained extensive experience in organizational development, employee relations, and leadership support.

Beyond her professional role, Alexandra has been actively involved in her community, serving as Vice President of Fundraising for the local elementary school.

Outside of work, Alexandra enjoys a full and active life. She loves exercising, traveling, and spending time outdoors—whether walking in her neighborhood or relaxing at the beach. Most of all, she cherishes time with her husband and two children. Alexandra also enjoys playing the piano, a hobby that brings creativity and balance to her days.
