Matt has been a part of Four 3 Rehab for over 10 years and now serves as Chief Operating Officer. With a decade of hands-on experience in building teams, streamlining operations, and supporting clinical excellence, he plays a key role in making sure Four 3 Rehab delivers the best possible care to every patient.

Known for his collaborative approach and steady leadership, Matt works closely with therapists, staff, and patients to create an environment where people feel supported from start to finish. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, golfing, spending time outdoors with his family, and coaching youth sports—activities that reflect his passion for community, teamwork, and helping others grow.
