Mike has over five years of clinical experience at Four3. A proud graduate of Montclair State University, he holds a degree in Physical Education with a minor in Sports Coaching. Passionate about helping individuals return to the activities they love, Mike specializes in guiding patients through tailored exercise programs with a strong focus on proper form, technique, and creating a motivating, upbeat environment. Outside the clinic, he stays active by working out, coaching lacrosse, and playing the sport himself every Sunday.  He is an assistant coach for Waldwick’s boy’s lacrosse team as well as a coach for  BBL club lacrosse.
